UNSW Admitted Student Connect — 4 Cities, Countless Futures
When a student gets an offer from a university like UNSW, the decision isn’t always instant—it’s layered with questions, hopes, and what-ifs. That’s where we stepped in.
In a 4-city event series, we helped UNSW bring their faculty and teams face-to-face with students who had received admission offers but were still deciding. These weren’t just information sessions—they were one-on-one counseling opportunities where students explored academic pathways, clarified doubts, and connected with UNSW decision-makers.
For those still aspiring, UNSW introduced scholarship programs, opening new possibilities for future applicants.
We managed end-to-end execution, ensuring seamless experiences in every city. The journey culminated in Delhi, where we hosted a partner event, offering UNSW teams a space to connect, reflect, and celebrate their growing India story.
University of Birmingham Student Roadshow & Partner Celebrations
Taking the success formula forward, our partnership with the University of Birmingham (UOB) expanded across five cities, creating spaces where future students met faculty, clarified career trajectories, and explored the UOB experience.
From in-depth counseling to interactive faculty sessions, each city built momentum, turning uncertainty into informed decision-making for students and families alike.
The series concluded with gratitude and connection through partner dinners and roundtable sessions in Delhi and Mumbai. These gatherings celebrated UOB's valued partners—those working behind the scenes to make global education accessible for Indian students.
Pulling off back-to-back schedules, managing overnight setups, and delivering flawless logistics tested every timeline—but that’s the kind of challenge we thrive on.
Shiv Nadar University: From Partnerships to Convocation Pride
Our journey with Shiv Nadar University (SNU) this quarter reflected the full spectrum of collaboration, from partnerships to student admissions to celebrating academic excellence.
We began with the Partner Meet in Bengaluru, building on the success of last year’s Delhi edition. With over 150 attendees, the event reinforced SNU’s commitment to fostering meaningful, long-term academic collaborations.
The focus then shifted to the heart of any university—their Admissions Events, held across Mumbai and Bangalore. Here, prospective students and parents engaged with SNU faculty in counseling sessions that went beyond course brochures, providing clear insights into programs, fee structures, and academic life.
Finally, we played a key supporting role in SNU’s prestigious Convocation Ceremony, providing AV solutions and producing a special tribute film for the event’s distinguished guests:
- Dr. V. Narayanan, ISRO Chairman and one of India’s leading voices in cryogenic engineering.
- Dr. Archana Sharma, globally recognized high-energy physicist and MedTech leader, known for her pioneering work at CERN and in advancing healthcare innovation in India.
Crafting the tribute film and supporting the AV experience wasn’t just about production; it was about honoring visionaries who embody what education ultimately stands for: curiosity, impact, and societal progress.
In every city, every event, and every conversation this quarter, we didn’t just execute programs, we helped shape platforms where futures are imagined, questions are answered, and connections redefine what’s possible.
