What began as a multi-city roadshow became something more layered—a series of conversations stitched together by purpose and precision.
The HPE Aruba Networking roadshow was designed to travel light but land deep. Across multiple cities, we built twin-track experiences for both partners and customers—each tailored, timed, and tuned to spotlight Data Center Networking and SASE. What could have been just another roadshow turned into a well-paced campaign—spanning local insights, global voices (yes, international speakers too), and over 1200 engaged attendees
And then, we zoomed in…
While the roadshow kept us moving, the two offsite events in West and South India asked for something slower, more deliberate. The audience here was focused—decision-makers from the education space, looking to build smarter, more connected campuses. No noise, no frills—just clear intent, honest conversations, and a setup that supported both.
For us, the spotlight wasn’t just on the brand or the technology. It was on the orchestration—making sure each room, no matter where it was, delivered what it was meant to. Without skipping a beat.
