HPE Partner Conclave 2025
Hosted in Indore, with over 30 valued partners in attendance, this gathering was a celebration of partnerships that have grown over time, of shared ambitions, and of the people who make those ambitions real.
Purpose
The brief was clear: bring partners together for something meaningful. We took this opportunity to create something memorable. An experience that very subtly said, you matter, and we see you. That was our purpose going in. Everything else followed from there.
Research
We took the bull by the horns. Beginning with some quiet observation and a bit of listening. We dug deep into our think tanks, paid attention to what made people light up, and where the energy usually peaked. It wasn’t really about reinventing the wheel, but turning it to match the frequency of our client.
Idea
The ‘aha’ moment came from a conversation that had nothing to do with events—just a passing comment about how every partner brings something unique to the table. That’s when the metaphor struck. What if we treat them like flowers in a garden? Each one different, but together something vibrant, alive. It felt warm. It felt right. And it gave us a lens to design every touchpoint—softly, intentionally.
Solution
We ran with it. At the grand R&R night, the floral concept shaped everything—without shouting. Subtle nods in the décor, language that bloomed with personality, even a garden-inspired recognition format that made every partner feel handpicked. It wasn’t loud. It was layered. And it worked.
Measurement
You know it’s landed when people aren’t talking about the stage or the lighting—but about how they felt. That happened here. The garden stuck. People remembered what flower they were, laughed about it, and took it with them. For us, that’s the best kind of outcome—the kind you can’t always quantify, but definitely feel.
