The Learning Curve

I’ve nearly completed a year at Redefine- a year full of intense learnings, unprecedented experiences and incredible opportunities to grow- both professionally and personally. I joined as a fresher here, took my own sweet time to learn the fundamentals of the marketing industry, encountered several stumbling blocks, and finally, gained perfection in the nuances of my job role. From learning the elementary skills of working in a team and improving my communication capabilities to becoming a pro in multi-tasking and handling clients, the spectrum of my learnings at Redefine while working with clients like Tata, SAP Hana, Micro Focus and Flipkart is broad and profound. This, off course, wouldn’t have been possible without the immense support of my colleagues, team lead and manager. I got fortunate there! In the days to come, before I eye being an assistant team lead or a team lead, my first priority is to learn as much as I can, as it is well said, ‘success is no accident, it is the result of what you are doing or are learning to do!’
