TAF 2025: A 5-Step Journey to Industry Advancement
The success of TAF 2025 came down to one simple but powerful thing: understanding what our client wants. It was more than hosting an event for a day. It was about creating a mark that made a difference in the world of authentication and traceability. Let us start from the beginning!
The 6th Traceability & Authentication Forum (TAF 2025), was designed to uphold the mission: "Path to a Secure Future: Authentication and Traceability for All." It was held on 17-18 March at Eros Hotel, New Delhi, and was a shining example of THE RISE’s commitment to industry advancement.
It centred around the increasing challenge of counterfeiting by facilitating collaboration between government, industry, and technology sectors. The goal was set as strengthening brand protection frameworks and enhancing consumer trust across diverse markets in India.
When we set out to prepare for the event, our focus was clear: to create a program that truly mattered. We started our research and preparation by identifying the key discussion areas within the authentication ecosystem, ensuring we covered the topics that are most relevant to our audience.
From there, we dove deep into research - looking at emerging challenges in brand protection, the latest tech advancements, and shifts in regulatory landscapes.
We didn’t just want to scratch the surface; we wanted to understand the nuances that could make a real difference. With insights from industry experts, we shaped a program that wasn’t just informative but practical and engaging.
Every detail was carefully planned to make sure the event would address critical issues while highlighting real-world solutions across different sectors. It was all about creating an experience that mattered, and we’re proud of how it came together.
TAF 2025 was designed to be a dynamic platform where technology and policy perspectives met seamlessly. The event featured the Leaders’ Forum, where visionaries like Dr. RG Agarwal, executives from Avery Dennison, and GS1 India representatives shared insights that set the stage for thought leadership.
Panel Discussions brought industry experts together to engage in lively debates around authentication and traceability, sparking ideas that resonated across sectors. Technical Presentations showcased the latest in authentication technologies, highlighting innovations with real-world impact.
The Exhibition Area buzzed with activity as solution providers demonstrated their practical applications, while networking opportunities created meaningful connections between brand owners and tech innovators.
We also extended our reach through SMB Workshops in Tier 2 and 3 cities, raising awareness about authentication, and facilitated connections between emerging entrepreneurs and established businesses, fostering new collaborations. The event was a shining example of smart ideation meeting flawless execution.
TAF 2025 was more than just another event—it was a dynamic platform that sparked industry growth and meaningful connections. What made it truly special was the diversity of stakeholders who attended, from government officials and brand leaders to industry experts, all bringing unique perspectives to the table.
The event was alive with energy, especially during the Q&A sessions, where the audience didn’t just listen—they engaged. The lively discussions that followed were rich with insights, making it clear that TAF 2025 was a hub for knowledge exchange.
How did we deliver the desired solution, you may ask! For starters, our social media presence played a big role in amplifying the event’s reach. It wasn’t just about posting updates; it was about creating content that resonated, drove engagement, and raised awareness across the industry.
Sponsor participation was another standout feature. The event saw impressive representation across various categories, with active exhibition spaces that buzzed with interaction and networking opportunities that connected brands with the right audiences.
Behind the scenes, we introduced new authentication initiatives, backed by creative support, comprehensive media coverage, and efforts to highlight critical industry issues.
TAF 2025 was a grand success for several reasons. The event saw great audience engagement, with a strong turnout from government bodies and private brands. It also gained significant media presence, with key discussions covered by popular media houses.
On the operational side, everything ran smoothly—venue management, well-organized sessions, and high-quality technical presentations made it a seamless experience for all.
TAF 2025 has firmly established THE RISE as a critical convener of discussions on authentication and traceability in India, setting a strong foundation for a secure and trustworthy future in brand protection.
