Inhouse Podcast Studio

In this era, where stories travel far & wide connecting us over a cause, having a podcast studio is possibly one of the best ways to let us share ideas, voices, and conversations. This thought led us to adding our very own studio inside the Redefine office.

It's a dynamic setup that can be carried anywhere outside the office as well, giving us the flexibility to shoot anywhere. Inside the office, it has become our little place where connection and building a community happens, one episode at a time!

Stronger Together: The Teamwork Workshop

On 15th of February, we had a fun & brilliant workshop that centred around the essence of teamwork and effective communication. The famous trainer Rajeev Narang conducted it in our Redefine office.

Rajeev is a seasoned Sales & Marketing Consultant, who for more than three decades is building brands and helping marketing professionals through interactive workshops, trainings and guest lectures.

It was an enjoyable afternoon where he talked about many fine nuances about communication, where gaps happen and how we can overcome them. It was interactive and people took part in the discussion. In the end, Rajiv distributed gifts that he had brought for everyone, and everyone went back home with fond memories!

Redefine Reunion 2025

With Redefine’s 16th birthday just round the corner, we decided now is a good time to practice an ‘attitude of gratitude.’ And who else were we grateful to for all the way we have come than our very own Redefiners, for making us what we are today. And that included our brilliant ex-Redefiners too!

So we sent out a bunch of invitations and started preparing for an afternoon of fun, food and nostalgia! On 29th March, in an in-house event hosted by our dearly beloved creative head Som Baba, we welcomed the ex-Redefiners with all the love & warmth due.

We showed them around the office, acknowledged how they had been pivotal in building Redefine to what it is today. The co-founders Sandipan & Akshay both took to the stage, recounting good old stories of friendship and overcoming challenges together.

We looked at a film that recounted this memorable journey and bond. There was a lot of lovely conversations where the new and the old got to meet and interact. The day’s event left a warm glow in our hearts even long after it was over!
