Director's Spotlight
We are staring at the last quarter of 2018. The past three quarters have been splendid for Redefine both in terms of projects executed and the team built. We hope to sustain the momentum gained in the fourth quarter too.
September had a lot in store for us coupled with tremendous learnings and pragmatic insights. Entrusted with the enormous task of executing 45 events in a single month, the efforts put in by the Redefine team are commendable. We saw ourselves pushing beyond our conventional zones, putting in extra hours and working through the nights to deliver exceptional client experience. It helped us recognise the immense talent that Redefine has at its command and the capabilities we harbour. It enabled us to understand our strengths and weaknesses, both of which will be of great value to us as we undertake business expansion in the coming months.
Amid the hustle and bustle of events in September, we also got on board a new client which certainly added a new feather to our cap.
Being on the trajectory that is set to grow manifolds in the near future, we are expanding our Bangalore team rapidly. We are also putting in place mechanisms, resources and technological systems that will aid us in the growth process and in serving our clients better.
We expect October to be more thrilling. Advaita- women entrepreneur awards, flagship initiative of SMBConnect in association with FORTI, is scheduled to be held on 25th October in Jaipur. As a prelude to the event, we have organised several press conferences and roped in eminent partners to assist us in our unique endeavour. The extensive public response and media coverage that we have received has filled us with renewed enthusiasm.
