Hopping from the hotel to media to events industry, Lawrence joined Redefine in 2017 equipped with 15 years of experience in executing and managing corporate events. “Redefine has given me a plethora of opportunities to realise and grow my potential. It has always been a bilateral process. There has been immense learning in terms of understanding the nitty-gritty of operations, gaining pragmatic insights on how to manage and lead onsite operations, how telecalling team works and how collaterals are designed. Simultaneously, I have got infinite avenues to share my knowledge and experience with my team mates”, says cheerful Lawrence.
Recalling his initial years, Lawrence is all-appreciation for his colleagues at Redefine. “I left my home in Bangalore to join Redefine in Delhi, but I hardly feel the void. Directors have always been so supportive and understanding and my colleagues have left no stones unturned in making me feel at home- they are caring, encouraging and helpful. Redefine is a family!”
Even though sometimes juggling between family duties and work responsibilities becomes difficult because of the distance involved, Lawrence tackles it all with his agile work ethos and polished management style.
