As we bid farewell to another action-packed year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the journey we've embarked on together.

First and foremost, I am pleased to share that this year has been truly fruitful for us. We have witnessed exceptional growth, achieved significant milestones, and surpassed our own expectations. It is a testament to the unwavering dedication and hard work of each and every member of our Redefine family.

With our eyes set on the future, we have taken a significant leap forward by relocating to a more sizeable workspace to accommodate future expansion, fueling our path to success.

This move represents not only physical growth but also demonstrates our commitment to providing an even better experience for our community. With great pleasure, we welcome you into our new abode, our sacred hangout, where we shall continue to spread our wings, forge priceless connections, and create new success stories.

Alongside expanding our presence, we have also focused on strengthening our community-led initiatives - CommunityCom. Building a strong community fosters a deep understanding of their needs, allowing us to take ownership, strengthen engagement, and deliver the best solutions tailored to their demands. So, it brings me immense joy to announce the two remarkable initiatives – revamping SMBConnect and introducing CX-Net.

We understand the unique challenges faced by Small and Medium Businesses. Through SMBConnect, we aim to create an ecosystem for businesses, an opportunity to network and engage with peers, supporting their growth and success in industries. Equally exciting is the launch of CX-Net, a platform to help CX professionals interact with peers, share best practices, and celebrate CX successes amidst the rise of CX Tech.
