Watering the Seeds of Progress!

2019 is already proving to be an exciting year for us characterised by many opportunities for genuine collaboration and substantive discussions that will create the momentum needed to drive progress. The latest highlight in our growth story is our association with two new clients- Salesforce and Google that we seek to realise most meaningfully in the context of our existing focus.

I would also like to take this opportunity to wish all phenomenal women out there a very Happy Women’s Day! At Redefine, we firmly believe in gender equality and I am immensely proud to be able to say that we have a majority of females working with us, in every department and at all levels. We have collated a video titled #RedefiningHalf to give you a sneak peek into the gender-inclusive workplace that Redefine is.

Forging a gender-free workplace is both our responsibility and commitment. We also acknowledge the fact that India has on of the largest opportunities in the world to boost its GDP by 18% by advancing gender equality. In the pursuit of our aim to unlock the power of parity, we have set targets for our HR department and top management to promote gender diversity by resorting to gender-based talent pipeline planning.

Redefining Half: Our Commitment Towards Fostering a Gender-free Workplace

IDC & Micro Focus Technology Horoscope 2019, Mumbai

We organised the second chapter of the event -Technology Horoscope 2019 for Micro Focus and IDC based on the theme ‘Aiming For Agility, Security, and Innovation In Digital Transformation’ in Mumbai. The event laid down the technology roadmap for 2019 for the IT world and was attended by more than 100 IT luminaries including CEOs and CxOs of top-notch IT companies. We were appreciated by the client for bringing in best audience, providing excellent logistical support and for immaculate end-to-end planning and execution for second time in a row.


Commvault Meet, Ahmedabad
We were instrumental in helping Commvault organize an event in Ahmedabad to showcase the complete range of its enterprise-class solutions to an audience of about 50 delegates. We ensured that the audience comprised of the CIOs, CEOs, IT Managers and Heads as required by the client. Commvault lauded us for providing flawless end-to-end services from event calling, audience generation and venue selection to collateral designing and event set-up.

Learning Curve

I joined Redefine in January this year and the amount of knowledge and work skills that I have garnered in a span of just one month is surprising. My nascent understanding of the events industry would have been insufficient for me to thrive in the role that I chose for myself, but the support that I have received from my manager, my team lead and colleagues has been incomparable and invaluable. There is an electrifying synergy that runs through the entire team and this energy keeps me inspired enough to deliver my best. In the past two months, I have worked with clients like Micro Focus, SAP and TATA and the most amazing thing is that I have achieved my targets for each event infallibly even while handling two-three events in a day. Redefine is an incredible place to learn and grow and in the days to come, I aim to take my learning curve steeply upwards so that I can rise to the position of a team leader soon..
