“Little by little, a little becomes a lot’ says Kirti Puri Sharma, Team Lead- DemandCOM. “This is how I have progressed at Redefine! Starting from being a response executive in 2012 and rising to the position of team lead in 2019. It’s been seven long years; seven beautiful years of intense learnings, and seven insightful years in multi-faceted roles”.
“In the past seven years, I have done it all at Redefine- events, tele-calling, lead generation, training, and a bit of human resource management too. And, everything has been equally gratifying! This is what that has made me stick to Redefine for all these years- the sense of fulfilment and contentment that I get by working here, no matter which profile am working in. I have never even tried to look elsewhere for job ever since I started working here’, says ever-smiling Kirti brimming with pride.
She credits Sandipan for polishing her skills and for trusting her capabilities. “I completely owe what I am today to Sandipan. He has always supported me in challenging times and especially when I felt disoriented and confused.”
“Managing work and family became a bit difficult after the birth of my son but I am really thankful to my mother-in-law for handling everything well at home so that I can fully concentrate on work here” says Kirti who has recently resumed office after maternity leave. Taking cognisance of the immense potential she harbours, Kirti has been entrusted with the crucial task of training and developing skills of the response team at Redefine.
