Staunch professional exhibiting nimble work ethics, business intelligence and excellent project management skills, Vinny is instrumental in handling some of the most esteemed clients of Redefine.

Starting her professional career from a KPO, Vinny has traversed a long way-full of pragmatic learnings and insights to join Redefine in 2017. Brimming with joy as she recounts her initial days, Vinny says “Getting into Redefine itself was no less than an experience for me. And, I am glad Redefine happened to me. My work is exactly what I always wanted to do, there is newness, there are challenges and takeaways, there is excitement and there are good people around”.

“At Redefine, I’ve found my workplace family and it’s wonderful! We are all living and working together for a common purpose, always at each other’s disposal in times of need. The directors and managers approximate the persona of a father- guiding me at each step and correcting me when I am wrong and my colleagues exude the love and care equal to that of a mother- teaching me the right ways to fulfil my professional as well as personal obligations. What more could I ever ask for?” says ever-smiling Vinny.

Being naïve to the nitty-gritty and the trends governing the marketing industry, Vinny commends Redefine for giving her the space and time to evolve and prove her worth. “My manager has always appreciated me when I have performed but simultaneously he has also made it a point to steer me into the right path whenever I faltered. His diverse experience in the industry has been a boon in honing my professional temperament and management style. My colleagues, on the other hand, have been indispensable in making me what I have grown to be in a year’s time- cautioning and advising me before I took up any task and always coming to my aid whenever I got stuck.”

“Go with the flow” is Vinny’s rulebook. “Even if a task seems challenging and daunting at first- go for it unhesitatingly! Because everything adds value to life, every encounter teaches you something and polishes your personality”, opines Vinny.

Over the past one year at Redefine, Vinny says that she has acquired the ability to shoulder responsibilities, learnt to embrace her imperfections and accept mistakes while becoming more patient and polite. In the years to come, she intends to give her best in bringing new clients to see Redefine grow to renewed heights. As a human of Redefine, she is the one who spreads smiles.
