Switching from hospitality to marketing communications sector was not as easy as it seemed to me. But, Redefine made it a smooth sail for me. After I joined the company in June this year, I slowly and steadily learnt data profiling and the nitty-gritties of interacting with clients. The new opportunities I got, the challenges I faced and the confidence I gained by working with clients like Tata and SAP- all metamorphosed me into an individual with incredible skills and passion. I am immensely proud to be selected to work on the early phases of CRM that will be implemented in Redefine from the beginning of 2019. These achievements, even though not big, are substantial to me and I can soulfully thank my manager, my team lead and my colleagues for these. The undying energy and resoluteness of my colleagues inspires me to push myself beyond self-imposed boundaries each day and in the days to come, I certainly want to have all their phenomenal attributes if not their designations.
