Switching from teaching to follow my passion for the corporate sector, I joined Redefine 1.5 years back. Since then, Redefine has given me immense opportunities to be proud of my decision. Starting from learning the basics of marketing, I’ve come a long way in improving my communication skills and learning database maintenance. Working with clients like Tata, Micro Focus, SAP and Avaya has instilled in me the confidence to interact with Directors, CEOs and senior-level management, which I count as my prime achievement. I’ve been fortunate to have got Manisha ma’am as my Manager, who provides me unwavering guidance whenever I end up in a dilemma and team members like Twinkle, Jijo and Rajat, to whom I can look forward to at any point. Going forward, I intend to use the experience gained in the last years to rise up to senior positions and to deliver my utmost at Redefine.
