Position: Delegate Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach: Make outbound calls to invite attendees and provide detailed event information.
  • Follow-ups: Send invitations via email and follow up proactively for confirmations.
  • Database Management: Validate, update, and manage attendee information in the CRM.
  • Reporting: Submit daily call reports and ensure timely communication with the Reporting Manager.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in telemarketing or event-specific roles.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM platforms.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Additional Attributes: Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
