Position: Delegate Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach: Make outbound calls to invite attendees and provide detailed
event information.
- Follow-ups: Send invitations via email and follow up proactively for
confirmations.
- Database Management: Validate, update, and manage attendee information
in the CRM.
- Reporting: Submit daily call reports and ensure timely communication
with the Reporting Manager.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0-2 years in telemarketing or event-specific roles.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Additional Attributes: Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced
environment.
